Lindsay Rd/Elliot Rd Sewer Installation - CONSTRUCTION INFOBeginning Mid-September, 2026
Dear St. Anne Community,
Scheduled to begin in mid-September, the Town of Gilbert has contracted with Archer-Western to install sewer pipeline in Elliot Rd, beginning in the Lindsay Rd intersection, and moving west toward the SRP Canal. The following tentative schedule is provided for this work which is expected to take 3-4 months to complete.
Scheduled to take place Sunday through Thursday nights for approximately three weeks, beginning at 8 p.m. each night until 5 a.m. the next morning, crews will work in the Lindsay Rd/Elliot Rd intersection. During night hours, left turns will be restricted at the intersection and southbound traffic will only be permitted to turn right onto westbound Elliot Rd. This work is being conducted at night to minimize the impact to travelers and school activities.
In early October, as the installation moves west in Elliot Rd, work will take place during daytime hours weekdays with traffic restrictions in place 24/7 to protect the work zone. Lane reductions and turn restrictions will be in place with traffic shifted to the curb lanes.
