Dear St. Anne Family,Â
This Christmas, St. Anne Friends of the Needy invites our parish community to help bring the love of Christ to families in need by sponsoring a family through our Christmas Wish List Program.
Each sponsor will be matched with one family from our food bank and will receive their Christmas Wish Form by email. Children under 12 will each receive one gift valued up to $40. The families may list clothing sizes and more than one toy or gift idea to give sponsors options, but you are not expected to purchase everything on the list. You may simply choose the gift you feel is best for each child.
Family sizes will vary, and we are not able to accommodate requests for a specific number of children. By signing up, we ask that you be open to sponsoring the family you are matched with.
Sponsors are also welcome, but not required, to include a small grocery or department store gift card for the parents.
We especially encourage sponsors to include a Christmas card, sacramentals, handwritten note, or drawings from their children. These simple gestures are more than an extra item in the bag, they are an opportunity to share the joy of the Nativity and to remind each family that Jesus sees them, loves them, and cherishes them.Â
Through these personal messages, we hope each family feels the love of Christ and the care of the church and parish community.
St. Anne Friends of the Needy will also provide each participating family with a turkey or ham and a large fresh-food box for Christmas.
Gifts should be returned unwrapped by Friday, December 11, 2026.
If you are not able to sponsor a family this year but would still like to support our Christmas outreach, donations are also gratefully accepted. Your gift will help St. Anne Friends of the Needy provide Christmas food, gifts, and assistance to families in need.
